Does it work with cash on delivery?

Yes. Checkout is built around cash on delivery: the customer sees the delivery fee for their district, places the order, and pays the rider in cash. You record the cash in the admin when it comes in.

Can I take online payments like eSewa or Khalti?

Today the checkout is cash on delivery. If you need online payment, tell us when you ask for a quote and we will discuss it with you.

Can I use my own domain, such as myshop.com.np?

Yes. Your store runs on your own domain with HTTPS, under your own name, logo and colours.

Do I need technical skills to run the store?

No. We set the store up for you. Adding products, handling orders and changing delivery fees is done from a simple admin, and every step is explained in a guide written in Nepali.

Which cities and districts can I deliver to?

All 77 districts of Nepal. Customers pick their district at checkout, and you set the delivery fee for each zone, for example inside and outside the Kathmandu Valley.

Can customers track their orders?

Yes. Every order gets a tracking page with a QR code. To keep details private, a guest confirms the phone number or email they used, and orders placed from an account open only when logged in.
